Actually, the upgrade script was meant to fix the nginx conf, but there was
a bug, I've updated it, thanks for spotting that.
About unicorn restart, if you experience any problems, please make sure you
don't have any stale unicorn process, you might need to manually remove
unicorns' pidfile or sockfile.
