I tried project proposals using CentOS 6.5 with the minimal installation option and the bitnami VM image, which uses Ubuntu 12.04. Bitnami uses apache and CentOS ce-installer uses ngnix. The active_record problem only shows up in the ce-installer version, but after that they both have the same problem of not being able to edit the project settings or being able to view the wiki. I don't need the wiki tab so I just disabled it from the database, but being able to edit the project is required. Looking at some of the code for creating new projects normally it uses some ProjectPrepare class which doesn't seem to be involved in the proposal path. Has anyone been able to get this feature to work? Also I noticed the project doesn't show up in the list even for the owner until a repo has been added. He does see it on his dashboard though.
