Hi Håvard,
issue tracker is still in beta, but if you want to try it out, you will
need to run some commands:
cd /var/www/gitorious/app
bin/run rails console
now in the console:
project = Project.find_by_title("your project name")
project.features << :issues
project.save!
Reload the project page and you should see the Issues tab.
