We're done!

So, I merged in everything that's necessary for v0.7. I uploaded a
preview at http://gitx.frim.nl/Downloads/Nightly.app.zip. If we don't
find any bugs in the next few hours, this will be the final release.
Any other bugs will wait for 0.7.1.

Things that didn't make it in for now are:

* The auto-refresh stuff. I've had a few errors with this personally,
so we'll have to make it more robust, and make sure nothing's locked
while using it. It also refreshes too often, especially in the commit
view, which we will have to address
* The 'open current dir on launch' in the preferences. You should
still be able to set it using 'defaults write ..', so it isn't too
important to have it in a pref pane. After 0.7, we can work on a
prefpane in a separate .xib. If we can get the welcome screen in for
0.8, we can replace the 'show open screen' pref with a 'show welcome
screen' pref.

Johannes has been working on a survey to discover who really uses
GitX. This survey can be found here:
http://www.survs.com/survey?id=DCJKLP2B&channel=BCNI75LXXR. I'd like
everybody to fill it in :). The release notes also have a link to the
survey, so I hope to get quite a few reactions.

Johannes has also written up a blogpost about GitX 0.7, which I expect
to find online after I officially publish 0.7.

It's been a long while since a previous release (0.6.3 was in May, 0.6
was in January), so thanks everybody for working on GitX!
