Yes, this is weird behaviour. What happens is equal to a 'git reset
--soft' and is probably not what the user wanted.

We might want to do away with the dragging of those labels completely,
and instead go for something in the sidebar. Otherwise I'd suggest at
least disabling dragging for the HEAD branch; other choices remain
dangerous.
