Transparency International has initiated a mail-based eDiscussion List
as a pre-runner to the 11th International Anti-Corruption Conference due
to be held in Seoul on 25-28 May 2003. Discussants of this eDiscussion
group will steer the debate on anti-corruption issues over a period of
one month, and will have the opportunity to help develop recommendations
to be delivered to the intergovernmental Global Forum III, taking place
on 29-31 May 2003 in Seoul.

The SCHEDULE of topics for the E-Discussions will be as follows:

3 - 11 April 2003: E-governance as an antidote to corruption: reality or
illusion?

14 - 25 April 2003: Corporate governance and corruption: is there an

28 April - 9 May 2003: Global governance: what's the anti-corruption
agenda?
Moderators: Barbara Dixon, United Nations, and Gemma Aiolfi, Basel
Institute of Governance
