This has been an important topic for GKD members over the years and we look forward to discussing it in depth during the next 4 weeks. The DOT-COM Alliance will develop a White Paper on the topic, drawing on the valuable input and recommendations of GKD members, and the paper will be widely circulated in the development and developing country communities. Cases described by GKD members will be cited in the paper.
