Dear GKD Members,

This is to announce our new "telecenter technical support helpline"
service effective May 1, 2005.

UgaBYTES Initiative have set-up a technical team of experienced people
in telecenter and ICT community information center management to provide
you with FREE professional assistance. This team will be working
12-hours / 7-days a week. The service is aimed at Telecenter/ICT
Resource Center managers, practitioners, staff and management
committees.

If you have ANY technical or management problem; working on a funding
proposal and need help; need advice on developing partnerships; not sure
how to effectively market your services; want to develop or update your
business plan; etc, please feel free to contact the Secretariat through
the under-signed address or call 071-314969 (within Uganda) or
+256-71-314969 (outside Uganda). A team is standing-by to attend to your
concerns.
