What is the advantage of having a horizontal palette? Just because
everybody does it don't qualify as the best solution. Looking at the
horizontal versions I cannot see that they make it easier/faster to
find the widget you want. It looks to me that it will be much slower
due to the fact that you have to scroll the window to get the rest of
the widgets.

The question I guess is, should it look like all other RADs or should
one perhaps think of a better way that makes development faster?
