Owen, I do not agree here. In any country in the world, there are
translators from source language to a number of different languages.
If you only use english as a source language, you can only use
translators that have english as one of the languages they master
(assuming that translation would be mostly done from source language
to destination, because otherwise you would need to wait with
translating to for example Dutch until the German translation had been
done completely).
To ensure maximum quality of source material, it seems to me that the
native language of the programmer would be the most appropriate
choice.
