Even better, just emit the Corba signal when a signal is selected.
And, do you really need to allow for user-specified function names?
Why not just force the function names that glade suggests now?
on_OBJECT_SIGNAL.
And, the Signals page should have a listing of all the possible
signals for that type of control. If the code exists to implement
that signal, it should be bold-faced.
VB got a lot of things right, and we should feel no shame copying
those ideas.
