I really think this is a bad idea, because
a) not everyone is using libglade (no matter how unfortunate this is).
b) libglade has its own way of generating a translatable strings
file, which is much preferable over glade's since you can run it
at compile time instead of everytime you change the .glade file
and having to put it in cvs.
