Hi there folks

I've just set up a new project and designed its interface. When I tried to
compile the code, gcc complaints about a protected GtkMenuItem
onstructor. Checking GTK-- .h files, I could notice that C++ code
generated by Glade-- is "offensive" to GTK-- 1.2.2 class structure for
some isolated widgets (as buttons, menu itens and GnomeCallendar).

Am I doing something wrong, or Glade-- 0.59 and 0.59a and GTK-- 1.2.2 ARE
incompatible?

Thanks in advance
