Below the short conversation I had with James of libglade fame. I am extensively using libglade for GnoCam and would like to use the toolbar within a notebook page - only icons, as there's no space for text there. BUT - as I learned from James - this isn't possible because glade doesn't offer the option to override the gnome-default-toolbar-style. Is it possible to extend glade by this feature (that is, override default settings for specific widgets like toolbars, notebook tabs, etc.)? Thank you very much. For gnome programs, libglade uses the user's prefered toolbar style. While this may not be the best choice in all cases, glade doesn't specify any way to choose this setting.
