This is completely off-topic, it has nothing to do with glade.
In any case. This happens because you are trying to launch the program from a
super or su login from a X session opened as a simple user. The X's claims that
it's trying to authenticate the user (in this case it's possibly root) but this
user wasn't authorized to run program under that session. Try to run the program
under the same account that opened the X session, or try to authorize the other
user with xauth. Probably you are running gdm+gnome. I noticed that behaviour
some months ago. The default X session behaviour is to reject any connection
from non-authorized hosts and/or users.
