Setting the source directory (the directory glade generates code
into) more than one level deep.
eg. foo/bar

The project options-dialog accept such directories, but the code
generation (eg. the build button) later barfs on them:
# Invalid source directory:
#
# The source directory must be the project directory
# or a subdirectory of the project directory.

Well, what I am trying to do is to put generated sources into into
foo/bar/src instead of src for structural reasons of my local
source-tree.
