Note that Freedom of Panorama does not apply to sculptures in the U.S., so only sculptures installed before 1923 or before 1978 without a copyright notice are in the public domain. Unfortunately, Anthony Howe did not start making sculptures until the 1980s.
It may be possible for us to include some photos under fair use, however, if they are discussed in the article.
