Hi Erika, Thanks for commenting. Since you're familiar with this issue, I'm wondering if you have any alternatives to Google and other proprietary software that you can recommend. Can we set up a time to discuss this via Hangouts or IRC? We can have an open meeting so that others can join if they wish.
