Hello all, I'm a Wikimedian in Residence in Scotland, and was wondering if anyone working in European GLAMs has had any chat about the revision of the above - aka the PSI Directive? (There's a relatively clear guide about the implications of the amended directive here: http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/documents/information-management/psi-directive-transposition-intro-guide.pdf) In terms of open knowledge, this seems to be a Good Thing, although there are concerns (and they are to be expected) in some quarters about the potential impact upon income generation.
