Hi Maarten, With my WMF programs hat on: Do we have ready case studies for how and why partners have used the Warper? I have not seen mention of it anywhere in our communications of GLAM-Wiki case studies/example projects.
It seems like the Warper tool would be perfect for outreach to a number of organizations -- give them a reason to give us the community more maps, and quite likely, we have one of the most open and easy to engage platforms for doing this kind of work (I notice that the tool only has been used ~200 times). I would love to see a case study/ business discussion like https://outreach.wikimedia.org/wiki/GLAM/Case_studies/Catalonia%27s_Network_of_Public_Libraries or https://outreach.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=GLAM/Case_studies/The_National_Library_of_Israel_Reference_Desk , so we could share the strategy/example more broadly.
