Hey Reem, The best living documentation about GLAM-Wiki is at https://outreach.wikimedia.org/wiki/GLAM . Its not great... the last concerted effort to improve the movement wide documentation was 2013-ish.
More of the up-to-date "how to" materials are at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:GLAM_learning_patterns . I would be happy to consult with you on questions you have, we can either have a call and/or we can meet during Wikimania. There are also going to be several dozen folk at Wikimania, with very deep experience in various GLAM-Wiki contexts that you could meet (like Barbara who responded earlier). Because GLAMs have their own professional expectations, and the variety of project types for GLAM-Wiki partnerships, its frequently useful to know the landscape of opportunities and talk to folks who have tried projects similar to what you want to do.
