I don't know whether the links as you sent them are in violation of WMF security or privacy policies for Wikimedia mailing lists, but at a minimum I think that using links that don't go to exactly where the text says that they should go is misleading and bad practice. I don't want, for example, Facebook to know who is clicking on links from a Wikimedia mailing list that, in my opinion, should go directly to a nonprofit organization's website without any tracking from Facebook or other third parties.
