I started exploring working with the Seniors Recreation Council of Western Australia by using the Commons Mobile App <https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Mobile_app>, various covid restrictions meant I havent got it running yet. The idea is for seniors to gain mild regular exercise and keep active while socialising by taking photos using their mobile phones and uploading them to Commons. They include information in the description during the upload, then afterwards they can make Wikipedia edits using the photos. The expansion planned was then to record the intangible knowledge about places, with people talking about what they remember about a place, things like where trams ran, or buildings and business used to be or other events. The last part will require some extra tools and fixes on commons.
