*hmm* Solaris tcsh (Solaris 2.7, don't know exact version) is IMO not... I
had strange results when running ghc-4.05 compiled programs: the terminal
repeatedly outputs the prompt and doesn't accept any input from keyboard
(except "^Sexit^M^Q"...)
* csh,ksh,sh work as expected;
* bash-2.02 started from tcsh _seems_ to work, i.e. running a
ghc-4.05-compiled program doesn't screw the terminal, but then if bash
terminates (via "exit"), the underlying tcsh gets corrupted...
* Starting two bash shells (i.e.: shell depth 3!) and Everything is ok, no
problems at all...
Strange, eh?
Since I had this behaviour with some other programs, too, I didn't report
this as a bug, but it was documented on my webpage
<plug type="shameless">
http://www-i2.informatik.rwth-aachen.de/Software/Haskell/
</plug> :-)
since mid-September...
Cheers,
Michael
