2.03ish make depend seems to provoke errors like: mkdependHS: can't open directory /usr/local/lib/ghc-2.03/hslibs/ghc/imports make: *** [depend] Error 2 I haven't checked back with exactly what the makefiles do, so this is partly conjectural, but my diagnosis, and the basis on which I hacked a fix, was that the install process puts the above into "libdir", while mkdependHS looks for them in "libdir/hslibs". Dunno which is right; I'd guess the first, since the ghc driver seems to agree. Just supposin', Alex.
