Where is ghc/docs/state-interface.dvi ???

Hi,


I was looking in the online manual because I can't figure out how to convert
an unboxed value (Int#) to a boxed value (Int). On

  http://www.dcs.gla.ac.uk/fp/software/ghc/ghc-doc/user_66.html#IDX260

It says I should look in a file called ghc/docs/state-interface.dvi, but
this file does not seem to exist anywhere. We have installed the 2.02
binaries, and there are only two .dvi files in it: installing.dvi and
user.dvi.

So my question is:

 -- how do I convert an unboxed value to a boxed value?

 -- where on Earth is state-interface.dvi?
