freezeSTArray not found

hi,

as far as I can tell "freezeSTArray" doesn't appear in the modules
LazyST/ST.

it appears in the documentation
(http://www.dcs.gla.ac.uk/fp/software/ghc/2.09/users_guide/user_102.html#SEC102)
and also in Hug's LazyST/ST modules
