ghc-0.29: a `concurrent' "build" is not available with your GHC setup.

Hello,

    after having installed the compiler bundle and the concurrency
bundle, I get the above error message when I try to compile a program
using option

        -concurrent
        
    Without -concurrent, ghc-0.29 compiles fine.
