Some more bugs

Hi again,

I tried the binary release of GHC 4.00 on my library of sorting
routines. The compiler fails on
        ghc -c -O -W -fglasgow-exts -recomp -H32M QuickSortInPlace.lhs
The error message is not that enlightening ;-).
        unimplemented check
On
        ghc -c -O -W -fglasgow-exts -recomp -H32M Force.lhs
it produces
        StixMacro.lhs:42: Non-exhaustive patterns in function macroCode
