Discrepancy in HDirect Web page?

The HDirect Web page says:

The current version of HaskellDirect is 0.14 (released 6/12/98.) It is
freely available in both source and binary formats:


Source dist 
Win32 installer,"

but the Win32 installer is marked as 0.13.

Is this significant?
