I compiled 4.02 with 3.02 (I think---it might have been 2.10) on Red Hat Linux.
ParseIface is particularly troublesome; I think I needed around 64 megs heap to
compile it. With 4.02 compiling 4.02 I think I needed 72 or so! So I just added
-optCrts-M84M to the default compiler flags (i.e., for every module) and had done with
it.
