Green Card and Haskell 98 yet again

This is getting to be a FAQ, but is anyone working on upgrading Green Card to
work for Haskell 98?  Of course it would be easy to hack it myself, but I'd
very much rather be able to use an official version.  I would like
to be able to use Green Card with both GHC 4.02 and Hugs 98.
