ghc-4.02 picky about trailing whitespaces

Hi!

ghc-4.02 seems to be picky about trailing spaces, i.e.

{-# OPTIONS -fglasgow-exts #-}|<- EoLn

is ok, but

{-# OPTIONS -fglasgow-exts #-} |<- EoLn

is not recognized... I don't think, that's a good idea...
