Profiling is still incomplete in 4.04. The profiling libraries aren't
included in any of the binary distributions.
You *can* compile up the profiling libraries from source (just add
GhcLibWays=p to your build.mk), and time/allocation profiling will work,
although you may get some strange results. Heap profiling is still not
supported at this time.
