I figure this isn't a problem with GHC, necessarily. More likely a
problem with my environment, but I thought I'd ask here anyway, if only
to get a clue. The problem is when the "gmake all" gets to building hsc,
I get the following errors:

(I'm compiling the 4.04 source distro with the 4.04 binary distro. The
reason I have both is because I want to test some changes to the
sources.)
