I followed closly the instructions for installing ghc-4.03 on
my win nt machine. In the end however, I tried the test, and
nothing happens! That is:
"bash$ ghc-4.03 -o main main.hs"
returns with no error, and no file created. THis is
also the case if main.hs is full of garbage! On the other hand,
if I try a file not named with the extension .hs, it will
properly complain that it doesnt know what to do. I dont understand
why ghs is not being called, and if the program cant find ghs (Its in
lib), why it doesnt complain or something!
Please let me know if this is an obvious thing to fix. I tested my
main.hs (THe same as on the installation page) with hugs and it is
fine.
