WInNT ghc 4.03 and Pretty

I've set up ghc 4.03 on my Windows NT machine (and similarly
under Windows 95 at home) but, even with the option
-fglasgow-exts, I find that I cannot use the module Pretty.
No valid interface file is found.
What have I done wrong?
