Another minor mystery...

Just run into the following in 2.09, didn't seem to happen with 2.07.

bowen.ucc.ie:~/filter: galileo -dE

Fail: You tried to evaluate voidbowen.ucc.ie:~/filter: 

Seems to correspond to doing case analysis on a non-empty getArgs.
Any ideas?
