A reader of that list asked me explicitly not to
send it to that list because he thought it wasn't
appropriate to sent cvs-bug messages to that list:-)

I'll send further error messages to cvs-ghc in the future.
It does seem to be more appropriate.

Sending a small program will be very difficult. the next email
I'll send to you will be a tarball with instructions of how to
generate an example which produces wrong output.

I've spent too much time on this in the past and am too bussy
to have alook at it myself at the moment. Sorry about that.
