ghc-4.08 core dumps: probably parenthesis related

Hello all,


Yesterday I downloaded ghc-4.08 (thanks again to Simon).

When I ran ghc-4.08 today I got a
$ ghc geom.hs
Segmentation Fault - core dumped

I think it is caused by the following contrived
list-comprehension.

   c' = [ e | e <- c, ((elem e ls) ]

Note that the level of parentheses is not ok.
