The binary package makes a link ghci-pkg -> ghci-pkg-5.00 instead of
ghc-pkg -> ghc-pkg-5.00.
The postscript documentation renders - and -- in the same way
(i.e. --make looks like -make etc.).
There is $i$th in one place in the documentation (sgml is not tex).
