Great; this is the kind of bug report I like to get :)
We've had Mucho Trouble here with Linux as an NFS _server_;
moving to linux-2.4.X seems to have greatly improved the
situation, perhaps even fixed it. I don't know if it will
make any difference with Linux as a client. Possibly.
