Looking at http://cvs.haskell.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/fptools/hslibs/concurrent/doc/concurrent.sgml?rev=1.21&content-type=text/x-cvsweb-markup <Chapter id="sec-Concurrent"> I would guess the -Haskell should be removed.
