This stuff hasn't received any attention in a while, and I suspect that
you're the first person to try to use these options in a long time,
which might explain why things are a bit flaky.  Anyway, thanks for the
heads up, I'll try to look into it - I'm currently hacking in the area
of profiling in the compiler as it happens.
