#1082: Documentation missing from MacOS PPC binary

The installation from the MacOS PPC binary distribution works fine but
ends with

Installation of ghc-6.6 was successful.
To use, add /usr/local/bin to your PATH.
For documentation, see /usr/local/share/ghc-6.6/html/index.html

However, there is no documentation there, nor does {{{make html}}} work.
And unfortunately for us who often work offline, there doesn't seem to be
a separate download for the documentation.
