The following code:
`newtype (f <.> g) a = Compose (f (g a))`
makes GHC output the following on the command line:
{{{
ghc-6.6: panic! (the 'impossible' happened)
(GHC version 6.6 for i386-unknown-linux):
MkIface.addAvail <.>{tv} main:Utils.Compose{d rCo}
