If we can upgrade to trac 0.10, it's got spam filtering which would also
mean we'd not need to make genuine users jump through hoops. The trac
0.10 spam plugin uses the same spam filtering service that the Gtk2Hs
blog uses which has been enormously effective.

Upgrading to trac 0.10 seems to be harder than it looks however though
I'm a bit hazy on what exactly the problem is. Ian tried it and gave up.
