Hi,

This was encountered on a shared hosting server,

% uname -a

Linux box29.bluehost.com 2.6.19-1_3.BHsmp #1 SMP Mon Jan 15 07:50:58 MST
2007 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I can provide username and password information for the account if
someone really wants to chase this.

I was attempting an in-place compile of the latest using a local
directory binary distribution install with some user generated symbolic
links.

I have since migrated servers to,

Linux cottonspace.com 2.6.16.29-xen #3 SMP Sun Oct 15 13:15:34 BST 2006
x86_64 GNU/Linux

running Ubuntu 6.06.1 LTS and no longer require to compile from source
for what I am working with for now.

Thanks for following this up,
Rahul
