 Okay, I wouldn't really mind having a default interpretation for ghc,
 since I don't need to use it and it wouldn't change.  For `runhaskell`...
 well maybe there should be a `runlhaskell` for literate scripts (or
 `runhs` versus `runlhs` or something). Or maybe not.  Is a one-character
 difference short enough?
