I'm afraid I read the documentation on this one. A quick test gives the
impression that it's actually sticking the warning flags on the end,
rather than the start (at least in 6.6). However, this is at odds with
the documentation:
http://www.haskell.org/ghc/docs/latest/html/users_guide/using-ghc.html#s
ource-file-options . Perhaps an update of the documentation is due? :)
